How can I share my laptop's screen in the room?

• After starting Windows, connect the HDMI cable to the laptop. The Logitech Screen Share software will automatically launch and display your screen on the seminar room computer. Otherwise, start the Logitech Screen Share software by double-clicking on the icon on the desktop. You can drag and drop this window between the Samsung TV and the projector.

How to participate in a Zoom meeting?

• Start the Zoom software in the seminar room computer, click on Join a Meeting, and enter the Meeting ID.
• Make sure you select these as input and output devices: Microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Rally Audio) Speaker: Speakers (2-High Definition Audio Device)
• Since there are two monitors for the seminar room computer, Zoom will display the shared screen on the projector and the participants on the Samsung TV. You can simply move the two windows as you wish.
• To share the screen in the Zoom conference you need to click on the button Share screen, then select Logitech Screen Share.
