Do I need an employee account to log in to the computer in the room?

You can log in with your own credentials or just use this: user: guest and password: guest

How to turn on the screens for your presentation?

On the desk you will find a remote control. Point the remote control at the screen on the left side and press the red button marked on the picture below. Repeat this process for the second screen on the right.

How do I display my screen on the large monitors?

Turn on the front workstation if it is not already running and login with user: guest and password: guest. However, it is still possible to log in with your institution's account.

How do I start a Zoom conference and use the camera?

Open the Start menu on the left upper side of the screen and navigate to the Internet. There you will find an entry for Zoom. Start a conference - the camera will turn on and adjust itself automatically.

The orientation of the camera does not fit my presentation style. How can change that?

Use the highlighted buttons on the figure below to change the orientation of the camera.
