Scenario 1: Set up a hybrid meeting

1. Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean screen has booted completely has booted completely
2. Turn on the workstation (Windows will start by default; Linux can be chosen alternatively)
3. Login with these credentials:
   • username: user
   • password: user
4. Join / start the zoom meeting (microphones and camera are connected to the PC)
5. If either camera or microphones do not work, try to select microphones and camera in the zoom settings manually.
6. Adjust the angle of the camera with the remote control.

1. join the same Zoom meeting from you laptop
2. share the screen of your laptop
3. start your presentation on the laptop

Scenario 2: Present with your laptop (without video conference)

1. Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean screen has booted completely has booted completely
2. Select the "HDMI IN" bubble on the right-hand side of the Promethean touch screen. If It's not the right system, select the source OPS.
3. Use the HDMI cable and plug it into one of the HDMI sockets on the table. (Only connect directly to the TV in an emergency)
