Scenario 1: Set up a hybrid meeting

• Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean logo disappears
• Turn on the workstation (Windows will start by default; Linux can be chosen alternatively)
• Login with these credentials:
  • username: user
  • password: user
• Join / start the zoom meeting (microphones and camera are connected to the PC)
• If either camera or microphones do not work, try to select microphones and camera in the zoom settings manually.
• Adjust the angle of the camera with the remote control.

• join the same Zoom meeting from you laptop
• share the screen of your laptop
• start your presentation on the laptop

Scenario 2: Present with your laptop (without video conference)

• Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean logo disappears
• Use the HDMI cable and plug it into one of the HDMI sockets on the table. (Only connect directly to the TV in an emergency)
