Scenario 1: Set up a hybrid meeting

  1. Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean screen has booted completely.
  2. Turn on the workstation (Windows will start by default; Linux can be chosen alternatively)
  3. Login with these credentials:
    • username: user
    • password: user
  4. Turn on the distribution socket, if you want to use the microphones on the table.
  5. Join / start the Zoom meeting (microphones and camera are connected to the PC)
  6. If either camera or microphones do not work, try to select microphones and camera in the zoom settings manually.
  7. Adjust the angle of the camera with the remote control.

Optional: share a presentation from your laptop:

  1. Join the same Zoom meeting from your laptop
  2. Share the screen of your laptop
  3. Start your presentation on the laptop

Scenario 2: Present with your laptop (without video conference)

  1. Turn on the monitor and wait until the Promethean screen has booted completely.
  2. Use the HDMI cable and plug it into one of the HDMI sockets on the table. (Only connect directly to the TV in an emergency)

Before leaving

  1. Shutdown the computer.
  2. Turn off the screen.
  3. Turn off the distribution socket.

  • Do not disconnect any cables from the computer or monitor.
